NEW!.. S & S BILLET ALUMINUM OIL PUMPS FOR BIG TWINS
CNC machined to maintain close tolerances and strict quality control, these billet oil
pumps all feature the same oiling pattern as 1981 -up engines. This results in split oil
path that applies more pressure to the top end for longer component life. Each pump
features multiple oil ports for a variety of plumbing options. Kits include: billet oil
pump, supply and return gears, drive shaft with keys and snap rings, check ball and
spring, pressure relief valve and spring, check ball and relief valve cover screws with
O-rings, gaskets, fittings, and hardware. No provision for rear chain oiling.
S & S DIRECT REPLACEMENT OIL PUMP KITS
The S & S oil pump incorporates the latest design features to supply 33% more oil than
early stock cast iron oil pumps. Each S & S pump is machined with a pressure relief
passageway above the oil pressure valve to allow trapped air and/or oil to bleed off
quickly - valve operation is improved resulting in consistent oil pressure regardless of
temperature or oil viscosity. A special bypass arrangement recirculates excess oil (above
engine requirements) back to the supply side of the pump minimizing oil cavitation.
Installations from 1936-1969 and 1981 -up are strictly bolt-on and require no
modifications. Engines from 1970-1980 require a simple drilling step and engines from
1970-1972 require a plugging step - both steps can be performed while the engine is in the
chassis. Each kit comes complete with oil pump assembly, paper gaskets, drive gear key,
snap ring, mounting hardware kit that includes both early style and late style mounting
bolts, and easy to follow instructions.
REVTECH OIL PUMP KITS
These kits are available in chrome-plated or polished versions for most For all Big Twin
Models 1936 to present. The RevTech® oil pumps were designed to take advantage of all the
improvements made over the years to the Original Equipment pumps. Even 1936 thru 1980
models can be easily fitted with a RevTech® oil pump to take advantage of these features
which include an improved oil pressure regulation system that ensures perfect oil control
to all areas of the motor at all times, especially during initial start-up. All the
oil line fittings and mounting hardware are chrome-plated. The oil pump body and cover
have a redesigned smooth outer surface with counterbored holes for the sockethead mounting
hardware that really enhances the overall style and appearance. The oil feed line can be
routed to the stock location at the top of the cover or directly to the pressure gears
through a fitting located at the bottom of the cover. The oil that lubricates the front
and rear chains can be easily adjusted or blocked off entirely for belt drive applications
with pipe plugs. These RevTech® oil pump kits were engineered and designed to be bolted
right onto all engines 1936 thru 1969, or 1981 to present. Engines 1970 thru 1980 will
require a small drilling operation, and 1970 thru 1972 engines will also need a plugging
step. Both of these modifications can be easily done while the engine is still in the
frame using CCI #20-265 oil pump drill fixture.(sold separately). Each kit includes all
the snaprings, keys, gaskets, shaft, fittings, mounting hardware (1/4"-24 early-style
and 1/4"-20 late-style) and detailed instructions.

CHROME OIL PUMP FOR BIG TWINS
Our chrome oil pumps have been engineered to include the best design and performance
features found on late model Harley® engines. High output supply and return gears for
maximum flow - up to 33% more than early pumps. Improved oil pressure regulator with
hardened plunger provides proper flow even during start-up. Selectable oiling system for
primary or secondary chain lubrication with cut-off for belt drive Precision ground shafts
for smooth running and positive seal. Oil pumps come complete with chrome oil fittings.

OIL PUMPS FOR BIG TWINS
Manufactured to Original Harley-Davidson® specifications and standards, these
quality American made oil pump assemblies come complete with internal components.
DELKRON OIL PUMP BODY
This oil pump body is made of "6061 -T6" billet aluminum for strength. It
resists scoring of the gear chambers better than stock. Precision "CNC"
machined. Uses stock 1968-up pump parts except pressure relief valve which must be 1 981
-up style. Engines from late 1973-1980 require a simple drilling step and engines from
1968- early 1973 require a drilling and plugging step - both steps can be performed while
the engine is in the chassis. Fits Big Twin models 1968-1991 and also works with 1936-1967
models when aluminum oil pump is used. Instructions included.
DONNIE SMITH SIGNATURE SERIES OIL PUMP COVER
Designed exclusively for Chrome Specialties by Donnie Smith, this custom oil pump cover is
CNC machined from billet aluminum and triple chrome plated. Fits Big Twins 1968-1980 when
primary belt drive is used.
CUSTOM OIL PUMP COVER
Chrome die-cast aluminum oil pump cover fits Big Twin models 1968-1980 when primary belt
drive is used. Order mounting screws separately.
OIL PUMPS FOR SPORTSTERS
These hard to find replacement pumps are Manufactured to Original Harley-Davidson
specifications and standards. Sold in kits complete with internal components.
MOTOR FACTORY OIL PUMP REBUILD KIT
Rebuild kit comes complete with check valve, 0-rings, oil seal, washers, retaining rings,
woodruff keys and both early and late paper gaskets.
CHROME OIL PUMP SCREW KITS
Chrome kits are available with Acorn, Allen, Cap or Stock style hardware.
CHROME OIL LINE FITTING KIT
Chrome plated kit includes necessary fittings for oil pump and crankcase

HIGH PERFORMANCE OIL PUMP SPRING KITS
These kits are designed to solve low oil pressure problems common to Big Twins.
Spring kit consists of 3 separate color-coded springs, each applying progressively more
pressure on the relief valve plunger than the stock spring. This allows the owner to
select from 3 output pressures: 20, 24 or 26 p.s.i. at road speed (55-60 mph) while
maintaining a 10 p.s.i. minimum at idle. Adjustable spring kit combines a pressure relief
cap and spring that allows for precise oil pressure adjustment with the turn of screw.
Simply turn the thumbscrew to increase or decrease pressure. Allows "fine
tuning" pump pressure for optimum performance.
LONG OIL PUMP NUTS
Exact reproduction of the long oil pump nut with 1/4"-24 thread used on OHV models
1936-1967. Replaces OEM 24831-41. Sold each.
This 6-pack of hard to find 1/4"-24 hex nuts fits Big Twins 1936-1968. Replaces OEM
7691W and 7036. Chrome.
OIL PUMP PLUG SET
Chrome Allen head style oil pump plug kit includes tappet screen, check valve,
and relief valve plugs with 0-rings.
CUSTOM OIL PUMP PLUG KITS

MOTOR FACTORY AMERICAN MADE OIL PUMP BUSHINGS
Premium grade Motor Factory® bushings are machined from high phosphor bearing bronze
that's up to two times as strong as normal cast bushings. Motor Factory® bushings have
excellent hardness, strength and will help minimize wear and provide a much longer service
life than plated steel backed bushings.
